We take great pride in crafting high-quality, handmade candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at nomisscent@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Shipping returns
