Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at nomisscent@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
